Hornstar, BB codes are already activated on nearly, if not all of the uCoz modules.
If you are meaning in the page editor it is set as HTML & Visual Editor when you first edit a page open Control Panel > Common settings > Default form type for entries editing > BBCodes + HTML. In addition if a user group doesn't have the permissions to use BBCodes in a module and you'd like them to open Control Panel > Users > User groups > Set permissions for all groups and allow them to use BBCodes in each module.
