How can i change the variables of my site? Because I want to translate my site to other language ..

LighTo273, to change the site language open Control Panel > Settings > Common Settings. From there you can change the site language to that of whatever you would like by changing; Site language & Control panel language.

But i can change there only where be the variables, and not the variables ..
There are variables in a different language , and i want to change them to my language..

LighTo273, If you meant the dollar codes ($) - it is not possible. If you meant smth else - provide a screenshot.
You can translate most parts of your website manually using the following features:
1. Your website Control Panel -> Substitution of default phrases.
2. Your website Control Panel -> Customize Design -> Quick replacement.
3. By means of manual editing of your website templates.
