I did not mean that. I mean: I created sections(in control panel) and added some forums. And now I want to add subforums. I mean: subforum is a category of a forum. Forum section -> Forum -> SubForum(the category of forum) -> Threads . Hope you know now what I want.

Yes, but only with custom code.

Superstar, and, as you can see here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/24-3180-1 it has been suggested many times before. Unfortunately, it is not going to be implemented in the nearest future.
