If you use personal template for Home page go to CP->Design->Design management (templates)->Page Editor->Home page and edit this template.

minky67, hello.

redhead offered you to enable the "Apply personal template to the page" option while editing the "Home page": Control Panel -> the "Page Editor" module -> "Pages management" -> "Home page", the "[Edit information]" link.

Then, you will be able to edit this page's template: Control Panel -> the "Design" item in the Admin-bar -> "Design management (templates)" -> "Site pages" / "Home page".

Also, you may edit your homepage's content instead of editing its template.

minky67, please make sure to use more informative thread names next time. Post your messages in the proper board as well. This messages, for instance, clearly belongs in Design Customization section.
