admin888, the problem you are encountering is that you have your uNet password & administrative password set as the same things. The two passwords need to be different for security reasons with the system.

admin888, I removed your screenshot as it is not safe to provide such info as the answer to the secret question in public.

Just to be sure: you tried the password reminding feature, you entered the password you got and still saw this error message, right?
