How do I best stop comment spam?

My site, http://wlps-ge-stuff.ucoz.com/, is getting hit with a lot of comment spam. What is the best way to stop it? The most popular link in the spam is to various weebly.com sites. Please work with them to block spam from their sites.

Because the spam I am getting is comment-based and not forums, I don't know what I can do. The spammers are all guests. The link changes each time. I have told weebly.com about them, but have gotten no response.
