Problem with mail authorization

When a user register, the ucoz sistem send a mail for authorization really slow, after an hour and something.. And even when i made users to use the forum without confirm a mail, they can not?

Test-User, that's because they are registering in uNet, and uNet requires confirmation of emails. The problem can be solved if you switch to 'local users' but this feature is available for premium users only. As a rule emails are sent instantly, what email provider do they use?
