If you want the design it is a custom design provided by http://ucoztemplates.com and can be downloaded here http://ucoztemplates.com/load/games/dominion/5-1-0-60. Apart from the we do not provide support or information on custom designs or scripts, designs features, etc that are not provided by uCoz.

If you are instead meaning something else please clarify.
