Why doesnt ns2.ucoz.net wont work?

http://ns2.ucoz.net/ thats what i got its for domains but doesnt work

If you mean why you cant register that domain its because the adress is for ucoz DNS servers (ns1.ucoz.net and ns2.ucoz.net).
If you want to register top level domains with uCoz - http://domains.ucoz.com/
http://banovci.ucoz.net
http://guardsofaden.ucoz.ru
http://jeftinodosajta.com

is there a new dns something like that becuase the webpage shows site not found which should say 403,on ns1 it shows 403 but this ?Added (2012-03-19, 8:29 PM)

No, there are no new settings, everything works as it worked before.

VZ, provide the urls - what domain and to which website cannot be attached. And how is uCoz related to another hosting?

VZ, the domain god4life.org.ua has been parked to ridnaykpaina.at.ua . You now need to specify our DNS servers (ns1.ucoz.net and ns2.ucoz.net) in the domain control panel.

VZ, most probably our DNS are on their black list. Use Method 3 to attach the domain.
