skygate, it is unfortunately not possible to move files from one folder to another in a way like a computer would move them. To move them you have to open the folder the file should be in and select to upload by URL then put in the link to the file you are wishing to move. Once it has uploaded there from the other folder you can delete the original file from the folder that you did not want it in.
