I have searched but have had no luck.

I sent out a message via mailing list, then a user of my site messaged me and told me that he had accidentally removed himself from the mailing list. I cannot see anywhere in the registration form where you opt in to the mailing list, or how to re subscribe. Anyone have any ideas?
