Is there any way of making a Default Topic Template

Im wanting it so when people join the forum they have to make a Welcome topic to gain their first post which then puts them in a certain usergroup
But im wanting them to use a specific template, so its spam proof

Anybody know how to do this?

EDIT: Can this be moved to "Forum" section...didnt see that there!

D3GG3RZ, as to your question it it possible through the use of advanced custom scripting but otherwise you could paste the template in the first message of the thread. The second method doesn't stop spam but the correct user permissions can sometimes be a preventative enough against it.
