I was just changing field names and all i see at the bottom is video in russian

VZ, it is the same on all CP's english & russian. As to your question yes, from what I have seen through what you have pointed out and some other observations I believe the team have begun to slowly implement the module. Be aware however i'm not sure on the finalised completion date or whether they are simply testing things out at the moment to see how they look.

Yes, the video module is being developed as it is not far from the testing stage.
