Restore the default template, at the site pages template.

In:
Control panel>>Design>Design management (templates)> (looking for the module that ruined by mistake) > comes in, there in the top right says: Restore standard template.

or:
Control panel>>Settings>Common settings>and search for: Update design for all active modules.

Basketball505, if what you deleted was custom content coded into the Page Editor template for the home page it is not possible to get it back. If it was a custom template as well it is not possible to get it back once it's deleted.

What are you meaning by that you cannot add "stuff" to the home page? This is not very clear to me.
