I want my website to play music when it is visited, but how?

Black-Mage, you can use one of the Gadgets provided by uCoz or alternatively add it using HTML.
 If you decide to do it using HTML this site here should help, http://w3schools.com.

Black-Mage, I would recommend using an 'Play/Stop Music' option though as many visitors might find this really annoying. This may be they don't like the music you are playing or they have their volume on full blast and don't expecting your site to play music. ;-)
