http://officialintel.at.ua/ on my front page where it's got Useful links, clan spotlight andwho's online etc, how can i change them from WHITE to another color.

ExGAssass1n, the color of block titles can be changed in Control Panel -> Customize design -> CSS:

.sidetitle {background:url(/images/hr.png) 0 0 repeat-x;color:#ccc;text-transform:uppercase;padding:0 5px;font-weight:normal;font-size:14px;text-shadow:1px 1px 0 #000;}

Replace #ccc by the color code you need.
