Recurring Problem Not Being Able to Access Website

Why is it that I can not access my website? I have tried several times today and I keep getting the same message...Oops! Internet Explorer could not connect to www.kamrynkares.org. Yesterday morning I was getting this message and then by the afternoon it came up. Is this a recurring problem?

Kamryn-Kares, the website is still working, i was just on it. its probably the browser you are using. try to delete your cache and cookies, that might help...
