so this will probably get deleted but here goes anyway..............i contacted support for some help on my security question and since i cant remember a phone number i had almost 6 years ago they shut down both my site's..............so may i say you are better off never contacting them for any kind of help.............i would suggest just finding a different and better web host................

younger6365, if the support couldn't help you with the answer to the secret question, it means you didn't provide enough data for them to be sure you are the website owner. The phone number is not the only thing they requested. If you don't remember it (and it can't be 6 years because phone verification was only implemented a year ago, and if you have access to the CP, you can see it there), then provide other requested data.
