Default field for Photo Name is filled with "Photo 1", and most of users think that this is it, what they aren't allowed to change. Can I clear it? Or is uCoz administration thinking about it or not yet?

Check group permission. (or) Restore default template in Photo module. Url to add photo is http://yoursitename.com/photo/0-0-0-1. Attachments:
