Page length exceeds 60.000 characters

i keep try ing to edit the main page and this error comes up when i try to save the changes 'Page length exceeds 60.000 characters' my other admins seem to be able to edit the page as normal its just me who is unable to do so. i have tried deleting some information but it doesn't work

SAS_killah, this may happen if you copy text from Microsoft Word.

SAS_killah, try to copy text from Notepad to see whether that is the reason. Try to use another browser.

Is there anything we can do when the red error appears: "Page content length exceeds 60.000 characters." There is a limit like that?

We didn't copy the text - just edit the page and add simple comments from users.

Changing the browser doesn't help. Is the html code bad or what?

Please help us solve this problem.

Kimbo, if you are getting error message, your admin is getting same if he tries to
add same text. There is no other possibility. I cannot tell you if your HTML code is
good or bad unless you provide it here.

you know what, I checked the code after last admins work and it was pretty awful (really tons of repeated lines like:

it actually might hit the 60k mark (I didn't know there even was one) - I fixed it with the most simple solution - these pages are ment to show static content (comments for products) so instead of normal table and tons of text (fixing the whole tables and it's html) I changed some parts of the tables to png, jpg etc which shortened the html code

Dartz - I know this may sound like a stupid question to you, but I just want to make sure - is this 60.000 char info an error or an actual blockade - we are not allowed to include more than 60k char in one page?

silviuq12, that's because you used Visual Editor. Two spans next to each other - bad.
