my problem?

If this is a question then I can not really answer it now. I need you to be more specific, to describe the process of website hacking...

Natashko, They are using some software like Apex to hack my sites user and password or cookie.

I wouldn't worry about cookies. They are of no use to the hackers. The rest is up to your users and the way they have protected their website, their awareness and stuff. I suggest they contact Technical Support service and try to return their websites.

dinukap4, it is not insane and you would probably run into the same issues no matter what host you used unless you built your own control panel. I would advise to set a seperate password for your website and restrict access to the control panel so that it only allows one person to be logged in at a time.

Poptart, has also suggested another good idea and to set the security level for IP address to high. I would advise against using the login to control panel only by a certain IP address though as in most cases your ip address will change daily/weekly.

I asked around and it is a uCoz e-mail, I'm not really speciallized in these mails from uCoz so 'm afraid that you need to wait for natashko.
