That page does not exist anymore.
And if you want to report an abusive website, forum is not the place to do it.

Use this: http://www.ucoz.com/main/?a=abuse

trust16, use abuse form to inform uCoz Technical Support.

It is not possible to hack. uCoz system is very protected, if this happened
it's only your own fault by setting simple password or giving your personal
data to someone else who you thought you can trust. You always must be
sure you set secret questions complicate on your e-mails or uCoz account,
because people who know you in real life can hack them a lot easier than
person who you met over internet. You must be more attentive and try to
make everything more complicate. Don't hold your passwords on desktop,
or even in your hard drive. Buy a flash which you can carry with you, and
protect it with password. Then you'll need to remember only 1 password as
all others will be inside this flash. This isn't 100% secure way, but not bad.

Unique is right, It's not possible to hack your site if you use Strong password and follow the steps that's mentioned in the above link.

your website is 0.01% possible. I suggest you to take our advices and if you
aren't sure feel free to ask and we will provide you explanation on how to set
things properly.

Sanjay_149, be more specific. Were they asked to enter their passwords somewhere?

jackass, check your forum. E.g. this script
Code
document.write(unescape("%3Cscript%20src%3D%22/js/ms.js%22%3E%3C/script%3E"));
might be causing difficulties. I suggest you check the Avast logs to find out what else on your websites might cause problems.
