Pancake, It was trending the other day ago, maybe Paradox saw it on twitter. I saw it on Google+ yesterday, too. It's something about changing the IP address. IPv4 is only available for 4billion users only, while IPv6 can hold up more. I'm not that sure, though. I haven't read the whole story.

Pancake, YamiTatsuro, Black-Mage, IPv6 is the new world-wide internet protocol. In the last week most major companies have upgraded to IPv6 allowing for wide-spread support of the new format which allows for an increase in the overall number of IP's available for use.

Paradox, 4b users is half the world's population. IPv4 is really not enough for the world. O.o When will IPv6 be implemented?

YamiTatsuro, IPv6 is currently undergoing wide-spread implementation atm. wink A lot of the main companies are adapting the infrastructure to allow for IPv6 usage like Cisco and such. If you look at your internet options on your computer you should be able to see it listed as a support protocol as well now. smile
