Right Frame Missing

Hey, for some reason my frame in my design is missing. This is on all my site pages including the the forum.

How can I get the frame to show properly on the right hand side too? Design is no. 231

I dont remember messing with the design, but yet this has happend. Please Help smile

Template is just fine, it'll be you who did something and I might know what.
When I enter your website it shows me sort of bar at top of the website. It
shows me green arrow and something about google download. That might
be the thing which somehow removed or is blocking templates image. Hm,
what was last thing you did? Anything? Bar shouldn't appear.

Ok, well the bar that appears to contains a download link to my GamesCenter toolber.

Thats just to advertise my toolbar and get more users. I will remove it and see if it helps.
But before I added that, the border did show on main page but not the forum. Its hard to explain but...

Well, from here it's hard to guess what you did because I don't see the code.
You should restore default template and replace the banner. It will work fine.
