Redirecting visitors to login page

Hi im very new to this and I want to know how to redirect everyone who comes to my site to the login page before being able to do anything else on my site, as my site is only for friends and family.
Could someone explain this to me fully and easily or if you could provide the code and tell me just what are the things I need to change.

You can "Forbid activity for guests" in user permissions.
To be more specific, read this http://www.forum.ucoz.com/forum/7-411-5089-16-1216498678.
I would suggest you to restrict access for guests to view the page. It will make them to login to read the contents.

Ok I think that thread helped me out thank you for pointing out these threads wasnt able to find them in the search.
