zohair, we do understand that you cannot upload. But why? What happens when you try to upload smth?

Maybe the file you are trying to upload is too large or a not accepted type.

I have the same problem here... my internet connection is very fast.. and no matter how big the file that I'm uploading is, it takes a looooong time and it wont upload at the end.... so i have to close the "File Manager" window; open it again and try to upload.... i usually have to repeat this two or three times to be able to upload something..
(and if you are wondering about errors: no I do NOT get any errors.. it just shows the loading circle (http://s36.ucoz.net/.s/img/wd/6/ajaxs.gif) for a long time and nothing happens)
any help would be appreciated
