How to replace normal Site menu a Flash Based Site menu? (help!)

I have made a flash menu and i need to add it to my site! however i asked my friend and he says that he has the old format of ucoz in his Control Panel whereas i have the new one...so can anyone help how and where to add the code?

Use builder to create a new block and insert your flash menu there.
