In my forum the appearance of new thread is like this http://i49.tinypic.com/33vccox.jpg i want to change it and make it like this http://i47.tinypic.com/2dkiyvc.jpg can anybody tell me how to do it?

tauheedissa, those users have good coding skills. As I wrote we do not have such standard feature. But in general it is possible if you have enough knowledge.
