How to uninstall the user module?

I don't want other people or new users to register into my site. Can you uninstall the user module? If not, is there a way to disable the registration of new users into my site?

famn3tbux, you can disable the module in module settings.

ok, I've tried that, but everytime I tried adding a new page I'll be brought to a login page then to my site's admin login page. Then I tried logging in with my admin user login details, still I can't login. I tried the webtop login password still to no avail.

famn3tbux, just checked and everything worked fine. Make sure you type the correct password. Or try to log in to website first, and then click "Add new page".
