I believe I closed the admin bar that appears at the top-left of my website and I have no clue on how to bring it back.Also,what I have noticed is that the site users login page does not appear and I don't know where to find it.Could anyone help me with these problems.I would really appreciate it if you guys could help.Thanks!Here is the site if you want to see it:

Since this question has to do with site users logging in, post in site users forum. Look at this - http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/7-445-1 as for the other, have you tried refreshing? I tried this way and the admin bar comes back.

killazghetto, make sure you did not disable Users module in Control Panel -> Users -> Module settings.
