Anti-advertising? (is it possible to block websites and IP's from tag board)

I know that you can block some words that will display "xxxx". But is it possible to block websites and IP's from tag board? So people wont advertise theyre websites or servers or w/e?

defaultNick0730, we do not have such feature. You can only block certain websites and IPs for the whole website.

Cause alot of russians comes to my site and advertises theyre websites lol.. Well not anymore but before they did.
