I just moved to uCoz from other hosting due to CPU usage limit.
My web-site is highly visited and may peak to 1-2k users online at some points.

Is uCoz ok with that amount of people?
And what might happen at that point? Lag? Offline? Suspended account?

uCoz can handle that amount of users very easy. There is nothing to worry about.
You wont have lag. Your website wont go offline. Your account wont be suspended.
