Is it possible users to be warned about new photos like they are warned about new Private Messages? ($UNREAD_PM$)

It would be great - $IS_NEW_PHOTOS$ in gallery, $IS_NEW_FILES$ in file catalog and so on. What do you (Admins and moderators) think about it?

This is already done, where an email is sent addressing you of new entry.

Eh, if no one else enforces the no gif rule, then so be it...

You can go to the top bar, whether it's admin or userbar, click control, notifications about updates. Click PM, eh, it works for me.
