Wanna make forum based site (hot to add blocks to forum)

I am using design #955
I want to make my web site forum based but..
if i put the main site to open directly forum it is solved but also i did not get the menu in the forum also not the game page no tag board so how can i make my site that it will also a forum based site with menu and tag borads..

plz help [sorry for bad english]
