Cant see the text properly

Hey guys, I need help again.
I chose a new template after having problems with my old one,
And I have just noticed that some text doesn't show up.

See under where you post a new reply and there are some check boxes?
There's no writing next to the boxes.
I know the text is there, I just can't figure out how to change the colour.
I had a look in the template editor, but I cant find the line of text to change.
Any help guys?

It is design 961.

bache, I reported about it. To change the color manually go to CP -> Customize Design -> find

Code

.gTableRight {padding:2px;background:#191E20;color:#191E20;}

And change the second color code into #D9E6EB (or any other color you like)
