It usually takes 2-3 days to refresh the link, sometimes it may take up to a week.

It is a way that i can use the same domain again?

I do believe after a while it will be available again. When? - I can't tell exactly when.
The only way would be buying a domain name and parking it on uCoz sub-domain.

canhoto, you can restore the default design (or select another one) and reinstall all modules. If this is what you need.

Go to Control Panel -> Settings -> Common settings -> Site design -> mark "Update the design for all active modules".

You will need the secret question to deinstall the modules, and you do not need it for design restoration.

I deleted a website under the webtop "horseislesense@gmail.com" which I didn't want on that Webtop.

But, even after maybe two hours, the domain was still unavailable, and even now almost 24 hours later, it is still unavailable! I have an email account totally set up for the website, and the correct Webtop of course...
