This might sound like a silly question, but what exactly are the uCoz TOU limits concerning nude material?
I only ask because I'm an artist, and would like to display my art in my site. Some of my paintings and sculptures consist of nudes. These works are not sexually graphic, nor would they be considered "pornographic" or "erotic" by the average person. They are simply artworks depicting the nude human form. Nothing more sexually explicit than the 'Venus de Milo', for example. Would I be violating TOU by posting pictures of such art in my site pages? Thanks ॐ शांति Om Shantih Shantih Om ॐ शांति

Quote Pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Well if literally according to the TOU it is not allowed, but the Ucoz forum avatars offered by Ucoz themselves has nude images in forms of "art" so there could be acceptions. This decision wouldn't be made by me though, so wait until a mod or admin gives you a red or green light. |
