1. Are there any additional reasons for websites to be removed (blocked) by uCoz, like usage of harmful scripts etc.?

Scripts that make site navigation difficult and hinder users from managing a website in a proper way are definitely harmful. There is a high possibility that such website is going to be removed without any warning.

2. Is it allowed to post erotic related content on the website?

Yes, it is. But be very careful. Avoid close-up shots. And remember: pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

3. Am I allowed to perform commercial activity (business) on my uCoz websites?

Yes, you are. It is not prohibited by the uCoz Terms of Use.

4. Is it allowed to apply noindex or nofollow to the system copyright?

No. It is prohibited as well as hiding of the uCoz copyright in any other way.

With the Terms of Service/Conditions, I am aware that you cannot have warez on your website. But, can someone thoroughly explain this to me; is it that I cannot have warez on my website or neither can I have links to other websites with warez?

You cannot provide downloads to warez. This includes mega-upload and other.
By doing this you are source to law breaking and uCoz doesn't need problems.

If you affiliate with warez websites, it's fine because that's a "website" generally
and not a specific download link. Users enter each website at their own risk.

I was wanderin, when rule 4 on terms+conditions says, "no hacking" , does that include game exploits/cheats? cause it rly shouldnt, a game hack wont cause someones comp, please only someone who knows the precise answer respond, not someone who thinks yes or no.

If no one responds within 2 or so hours, then im just gonna continue to make the site, all it is, is just that we post.. for example "wallhacks" for jedi knight jedi academy, and diff exploits for other games, it shouldnt be "not aloud"... so anyways. dry please respond

you say "All non-premium users are required to have banner and copyright codes" it also so say in the tips "Unauthorized hiding of the uCoz ad bar or copyright will lead to the blocking of your account." but when i made an account there was no banners or ads on the site try it yourself if you don't believe me try dose that mean we are aromaticity braking the rules when we sine up i dont want to be banned after making a wesite so if you can tell me what the adds look like so i don't remove them because i editing my site at the mo angry

Hi675445, the uCoz ad-bar is not displayed on sites until 9 days after the sites original creation. Since uCoz made it so that the banner is hidden for this time they won't block your site unless you are breaking further terms. Please remember to use search next time.

Moe, those sites that contain adult content are violating the uCoz Terms of Use. You can report those sites using the 'Abuse Report' link on the bottom of the uCoz homepage.

You need to understand that there are more than 1.000.000 active websites created within uCoz web-services. It is not that easy to find adult content websites in order to block them or put a warning sign. That is why we encourage all of our users to report uCoz Abuse service about such websites to have them stopped from violating uCoz Terms of Use. Thank you.
