Issue with getting into 'My profile'

Ok so I have paid for premium service, have my own domain name of which I have attached and shifted to uCoz, and it's great!....But when I open 'My Profile' on the main page when I am logged in it opens a page saying:

Script error 500
Service is temporary unavailable. Try again in few minutes.

It's been like this for a while and I find I can't edit anything through the site or in the control panel off site of my profile. Any ideas????
