Below are the rules which you should follow for your website not to be blocked: * Do not use software for automatic posting. * Entries must be added with the time interval of not less than 20 seconds. * The total number of entries per day must not exceed 400. when i tried to login Control panel. i had mistake with password..now its gives an erro like " The user is temporalily block due to multiple Failure" can please help me for the same.. how much time i ll have wait OR do i need to do anything from my side.. Thanks Rakesh Gorivale |

i got it..but one more thing i have facing ..when i logged in to with unet id and password..i am successfully logged in. but after that it will ask for administrator password which i have type but its not acceptable.. i have enclosed the screenshot where i can type password. could you please help me out what can i do here. i have to start project as soon as possible. i appreciate your help Thanks @rak

Rak, when creating your uNet account you would have been asked for two seperate passwords. One is your uNet Account password which you use to login to sites, your uNet profile etc. The second however is your Webtop password which is used for login to webtop and your sites CP''s. If you cannot remember your Webtop password use the lost password feature on one of your site CP's.

AdminDan, the ban reason - "Incorrect contact details" - means that the Abuse Team tried to contact you (probably concerning a report about your website) but you didn't reply to their e-mail. You need to reply to it.

tihomir21, the reason for blocking is your site currently stores malware. You need to remove all instances of this then reply to our Abuse team so that they can review the ticket and unblock your site.
 There may be a short delay due to the weekend.
