Your awesome UID service isn't sending my friends the confirmation email.I tried 3 emails to get UID to send an email,and it doesn't.My friend tried and it doesn't send.HelP?

Get them to check their spam folder.
And if I remember correctly, there is at times problem receiving the mail if you are using hotmail/live. You also don't need them to confirm to use the site, if you don't set the options in users module to not accept unconfirmed. Proud uCoz user since 2006
