Sometimes, I encounter "Forbidden" access issue on my site (http://www.affordablecebu.com/)

Could you please explain why does it happen to my site?

Is this a server-related issue?

khen, Does it appear as error 500 : Forbidden access ? If so , It is a temporary server failure.
