I experience spammers in all of my module's comments How can I prevent this? is there any way i can make to make any comment to be approved by me first before added in comments?

Yeah, you can do that. Go to CP > User > User Groups > (Group for which you want to approve comments) > Individual Modules (Forums, Comments, etc.) > Check the Pre-moderate new comments (must be verified)

There, in User Groups, select the group for you want to approve comments before displaying and then after that, select modules for which you want to approve, such as Comments, Forums, Publisher etc...

If it's the same users doing it, you can also try changing their group to "Blocked," via control panel. Or you can go to the admin bar, go to IP Blocking, and insert their ip address into the field.
