my site is bor.at.ua or liamigo.com (which i bought through ucoz)

whenever i try to log into my control panel it shows up sometimes even with the white popup but the whole background is faded and I cannot click on anything even though my pointer turns to a clicker.

Its almost like the control panel turns into an image.

Is it something to do with my using of dual domains?
