Hello,

For some reason, I am unable to connect with either my website or admin control panel.

I get an error (Google Chrome could not connect...) or 404 error on both my PC and laptop, using either Firefox or Chrome. Is this a system issue?

I am having the same kind of issue on my website. Many of my users can get to the site just fine, everything works wonderfully and there's no issues. But there are a select few, that cannot connect to anything Ucoz. I have a few sites on Ucoz, and they cannot connect to any one of them, every time they get the same error

Any help is highly appreciated.

Heeeeey, A1MC_xDARK, could you both please provide tracert results. smile

WPHA, by the looks of it, your provider is currently blocking s104. Once this issue has been confirmed, I will have this forwarded to our team and we will aim to resolve these issues with Comcast as soon as possible.

Paradox, Why would Comcast block the server? We had been accessing without difficulty until today.

I assume, I'm experiencing the same issues as WPHA? Thanks.

Have the person having the issue, run their computer's utility command, and put in

">tracert {site IP can be seen in general drop down menu on your site}"

Post results.

WPHA, that's a good question and I'm sorry to say I don't have an answer. You'd have to take that up with Comast themselves.

A1MC_xDARK, certainly looks like it. I'll forward all this on to our technical division to get in contact with Comcast and resolve the issue.

Is that the 'command prompt'? How do I access the utility command? I'm not tech savvy.

Yes it is the command prompt. Should be able to open it, by opening the Accessories folder in All Programs when you hit the Windows Button.

How long before you can resolve this issue with Comcast and have them unblock the server? Once resolved I am hoping Comcast will not block again.

I will get the command prompt info asap, but wouldn't a call to Comcast solve the issue also? I could call Comcast tech support and tell them about it.

Heeeeey, Yes. Your website works fine from my end. If the problem still persists, It means that your ISP has blocked the server in which your website is in. A call to comcast could solve the issue. smile
