I have a problem since Friday night. I can not login to my page. Login not working on my site, will be opened for login

When you login via uid then I see no admin bar that controls please help me to solve this problem. See the picture below.

Sorry, but this problem is solved. One scripta blocked my login, inserted a second or script to translate the contents.
