Can't Start New Website

When I go to make a new website it says the security code is wrong but its not. It keeps doing this. Is there something wrong with it?

Admin6530, try clearing your cache and entering all the characters in lowercase (our captchas aren't case sensitive). smile

Also, the security code on that page doesn't refresh sometimes so you may have to do it manually to resolve the issue.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 26 and Chrome 31. cry

maxnova, try to refresh the code before entering it. If the problem persists, you can also create a website via your Webtop at guid.uid.me (use the Control Panel password to log in).
