I had to contact twitter because they stopped letting me tweet my site. The Ucoz ads that comes up in the right hand corner of my website sometimes has download on it. A fellow blogger said when she came to my site she had to immediately shutdown her browser. I thought she was talking about the Ucoz ads and had clicked on it by mistake. They do have download on there sometimes but I didn't think the download was a virus. I really didn't know what it was. Now twitter is saying that Ucoz sites are spreading viruses. Did you all know anything about this? When I contacted twitter they told me to contact you all and gave me this to look at: http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=http://ucoz.com Also, it's just not my site that can't be tweeted it's all of Ucoz's sites. I tried to tweet other ucoz members sites and I get the same message. This is the message you get when you try to tweet ucoz sites: http://t.co/FRpubZcfPr Please help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance!

I'm surprised that no-one has responded to this problem yet. I experienced the same problem and had the same reply from twitter - that ucoz.com has been blocked because it is spreading malicious software (malware).

This seems serious to me, and I'm worried that my site is not safe for my members. Please can you tell us if something is being done about it.

I may be wrong, but I believe this is a task better suited for the uCoz techies. Forum admins and mods have no control over the system itself. Have you tried contacting the uCoz Technical Support via [yoursite]/panel/?a=support ? The google link says it's not suspicious anymore, but considering Pru says it's not resolved yet, it'd be best to contact them. Sometimes dangerous ads can make it through the system. It happens on any site, but very rarely. uCoz may already know about this and are trying to patch it.

I'm sorry, I missed the first post. Yes, we are aware of the problem and are trying to resolve it with Twitter. Unfortunately Twitter regards all .ucoz.com websites as one (as well as Google), and therefore because of some .ucoz.com websites that contained malware the whole domain is blocked.
I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
