I was told when someone comes to my site it is requiring an unknown media player to download to view the site , in act it downloaded in Chrome without permission. In Explorer, the media player message is not invasive and envetually, the homepage downloads. I also have noticed that my virus protection software always blocks out the ads Ucoz has on the site and I have seen that media player. It is a media player I viewed it on Explorer it is the Ucoz ad in the right hand corner of my site. Please check my site to see if this is what is happening. My site has been taking a long time to load. My site url is http://moneytobemade.ucoz.com. If this is happening what can I do to stop this. Please help! Thanks in advance!

QueenMaa, try to temporarily delete the third-party scrips from your website, most probably the problem is caused by one of them.

Please provide a screenshot of the warning message your antivirus shows.

Sunny, it's not blocking it anymore but if it starts again I will get a screen shot. Is the media player download an ad? Because it is always there now and it used to be other ads instead of just that.

Hello Sunny,

Sorry for the late reply. Someone else just told me that that when they run their virus program for my site it says there is a threat. I have provided a screenshot of the media player it has in the right hand corner. It comes up everytime my site loads. I thought it was a Ucoz ad.

Can you provide a screenshot of the antivirus warning? And what antivirus program does that person use? We had reports about AVG giving false warnings, and we are already working on the issue.

Yes, this is the uCoz ad banner. Our technical team will look into the issue and if the ad is malicious, it will be removed.

Might be this one:

Been @ my site for a very long time...
Usually next to the login.
Asks to install media player with the adobe flash color scheme.
Contains a Ucoz create free website stuck to the bottom.
Some members have complained that it sometimes blocks their login window.

...and originates from (website address)/matomy.adk2.co/matomy/creatives/
I have seen it on other ucoz sites in the past.

Hello Sunny,

I was able to get a screen shot from someone who visited my site and this is the warning that their virus protection program showed. I hope it's helpful in resolving this problem. Sorry, for the late response again.

QueenMaa, thank you. AVG reacts to the ad banner, and we are working to resolve the issue with them.
