Sunny, here is 1 more tracert results image that my user made.

Last few days i have new reports for this problem + users who reported it before still have the same problem.

Can something be done regarding this matter? smile

Davor24, I can say that the problem is not at uCoz's end. One of most probable reasons is ISP's DNS. Ask those users to try Google public DNS and let me know if it helps. Here is how it can be done: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
